Your royalties are based on your overall card sales to date, multiplied by the net value of the card*. Royalties are paid on a quarterly basis based on issued sales reports. Payment requests need to be received within a month of the end of the quarter and payment is made within a month of receipt of invoice e.g. Requests for July-Sept need to be made by end of Oct and will be paid by end of Nov.

1 card sold to date = 10% royalty.
Net value of standard card = £2.54, royalty = 25p
*net card value is card retail price excluding VAT, postage and packaging and discount
Preparing your designs
To get the best from your designs we recommend that you resize your artwork where necessary to fit our templates exactly, so they won’t need any cropping. Alternatively, our new submission program can resize and crop your artwork to the correct size for you.
Download the landscape and/or portrait template for the programme you wish to work in and create your artwork.
Submitting your designs
• Upload your chosen piece of artwork to the front of your card.
You can then play around with the exact positioning and add any
text you want.
• Save your card to a collection in your gallery administration.
• Finally select the search categories and sub categories you want your card to appear in.
• You will then be able to browse your gallery admin area, to add more cards, edit details of existing cards and much more.
• In future you will be able to access your gallery admin from the 'My greetings' section in the top navigation bar.
