See how easy it is to create your perfect card

Here’s how it works - you select & personalise your card, we’ll print & post it! Read our step-by-step guide below.

Find a card

Select a card design directly from the homepage carousel, or select cards from the list of occasions (Christmas, Birthdays etc) and styles such as traditional, fun or photographic. Make your final selection and choose if you want to order your card blank or personalise it. A range of portrait and landscape cards are available.

The front of your card

Many of our cards let you feature your personalised message on the front. Just look out for ones saying, "Your message here", these all allow you to add text in the font style, size and colour of your choice. You can of course leave any card without text if you want.

Inside your card

This is where you can really have some fun. Choose your preferred template for the inside of the card. This gives you a variety of spaces for adding your messages, and photos. To add photos just upload to Greetings by PhotoBox, then drag & drop them where you want them. You could also use a scanned signature or company logo in the same way.

Make it a charity card

Here you have the choice of transforming your personalised card into a charity card. We will make a donation from the price of the card to either the Alzheimer's Society or TreeHouse's Ambitious About Autism appeal. You don't have to pay anything extra for the charity donation – PhotoBox makes it! See about us for more details.

Send to me

Choose send-to-me-cards and we'll send them to you with envelopes, so you can sign them and post them yourself. As an introductory offer we'll send them all directly to you for a single UK postal charge of £1.50 – no matter how many you order. With bulk orders you also get a lower price for your cards with our volume discounts! Multiple card orders are also ideal for invitations, blank notelets, menus, or programmes for a special occasion.Orders posted to European and Worldwide addresses are more expensive to post and are based on the weight of your order.

Send to someone else

Choose send-to-someone-else cards and we’ll post the card on your behalf in a stylish envelope by First Class post or Airmail. We print and post send-to-someone-else cards the same day for orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday. Alternatively you can choose a delayed dispatch date and we'll post your card later. Enter the recipient’s address on the delivery option page, or choose an address from your address book. You can even create reminders for the people in your address book so you'll never miss a special date again.
